DUE TO  HOUSE OF A'MONET NOW ACCEPTING CLIENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

WE NOW ASK THAT CLIENT'S WHO BOOK DIRECTLY ONLINE PAY A TWENTY FIVE (25.00) DEPOSIT

ONLINE DEPOSITS ARE  AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT DUE AT THE END OF SERVICE !

                                             A DEPOSIT IS NOW REQUIRED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF:

  • NO CALL

  • NO SHOW

  • LATE / TARDINESS

  • LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

              THIS POLICY GOES FOR NEW OR EXISTING CLIENT(s) REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE PAYING WITH:

  •  CASH

  •  CREDIT CARD

  •  GIFT CERTIFICATE 

  •  A DISCOUNTED VOUCHER

           

                                                                           CANCELATION POLICY

  • All cancellations or rescheduling MUST be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Anytime  after the 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit

  • Anytime after the 24 hours will result in your voucher being redeemed

  • Anytime after the 24 hours will result in your appointment being canceled 

  • YOU MUST PAY A NEW DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT !

                                                                           LATE / TARDINESS 

  • After 15 minutes your appointment is automatically canceled

  • Your deposit will be forfeited

  • Your voucher will be redeemed 

  • YOU MUST PAY A NEW DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT !

                                                                         NO CALL/ NO SHOW

   You will automatically be blocked from scheduling future appointments.

  • YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED 

  • YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE REDEEMED

  • HOUSE OF A'MONET doesn't gain ANY MONETARY value by charging a booking deposit to new and or existing clients.

  • The booking deposit policy is being enforced to ensure clients arrive on time or give sufficient notice if there happens to be any last minute delays and or cancelations.

  •  ONLINE DEPOSITS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT DUE AT THE END OF YOUR SERVICE.

  • VOUCHER CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT PAID AT TIME OF PURCHASE  WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT ONLY.

  •  VOUCHER AMOUNT WLL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PRICE, ANY AMOUNT DUE AFTER VOUCHER DEDUCTION IS REQUIRED AT THE END OF YOUR SERVICE. ( MUST SHOW PROOF OF EXPIRED VOUCHER AMOUNT AT TIME OF SERVICE)

  • HOUSE OF A'MONET GIVES ONE COURTESY CALL AS A REMINDER TO RESCHEDULE ANY OUTSTANDING APPOINTMENTS. 

  • HOUSE OF A'MONET RELINQUISHES ANY MONETARY RESPONSIBILITY AFTER THIRTY DAYS  FOR CLIENTS WHO DO NOT KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS REGARDLESS IF THE APPOINTMENT WAS PREPAID IN FULL.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

  • NO REFUNDS!
